Getting Started with dotFIT

Let's get started by adding your members to your Elite Trainer account. As a member is added to dotFIT, they automatically receive a welcome email! When you add a member, you'll find there are two options to choose from; personalized bitly link you may use via Social Media, Text, and email to have members register directly to you! And, of course, manually add members through your Elite Trainer Account!

Elite Trainer Tip: Each option listed above gives you, the trainer, the opportunity to offer a loyalty discount automatically upon registration! No need for extra steps! Our trainers keep their bitly link stored in their notes section on their phone to text or email anytime quickly

Make sure we have your Elite Payable Information to receive payment from us! Checks are mailed out on the 15th of every month for sales made the previous month. All we need from you is an address and SSN or Tax ID. You may edit your address anytime to ensure you receive payments!

Elite Trainer Tip: Want to know how much you will be making? Run a report directly from your Elite Account! Elite Payable Commission Report provides you with an immediate breakdown of your commission! Once a check has been sent, you may run the same report to confirm how much you will receive and where your check was sent!

Let's talk about Loyalty! This is your business, and you set the price! You can offer a loyalty discount of 40% off the products to anyone you choose! *Commission changes to 15% on loyalty sales. Want to provide a threshold for your members? For example, spend $250 and receive a 40% discount on all future purchases! You set the threshold, and you select who receives Loyalty. You choose not to offer it, no problem! This is your business! Control your loyalty settings through your dotFIT Trainer Account!

Elite Trainer Tip: Trainers receive a 40% discount on their products! Now you can offer this discount to friends, family or clients! It's up to you! We have seen great success with this program! Members appreciate the value!

Now that you've added your members, manage all of your member's programs from one place! You create/manage a member's program directly from the dashboard. You can also recommend products, create a shopping list, leave a message, track supplements, check recurring orders, take down session notes, nutritional email program, and welcome email all from one location!

Elite Trainer Tip: Your list of members are all on the left-hand side. Carve some time out of your week to manage each member's program. This builds a great rapport with your members and keeps them coming back to your dotFIT site!
